Pecorino Carduccio
Fresh cheese from sheep’s milk produced with vegetal rennet obtained by wild Thistle. With 15-20 days of ripening the rind is soft and ivory paste is characterized by a pleasantly vegetal lactic aroma.
Latte ovino pastorizzato, sale, caglio vegetale, fermenti lattici. Crosta non edibile ricoperta da pellicola protettiva.
