Il Mugellano
Cheese from sheep’s and cow’s milk, aged 20 days. The paste is compact, soft and homogeneous, and has a straw-colour. With an intense perfume and a delicate and sweet taste, due to the cow’s milk, but well characterized, thanks to the taste of sheep’s milk still pronounced.
Latte ovino e bovino pastorizzati, caglio, sale, fermenti lattici. Crosta non edibile trattata con olio di oliva e concentrato di pomodoro, con conservante Pimaricina (E235) e ricoperta da pellicola protettiva.
Verdure sott’olio, per crostini e antipasti.
