EATING WELL THANKS TO QUALITY AND FRESHNESS

Our shop has always been a reference point for those who want to buy or taste our products. We are in Mugello within a vast green area.

In the 400 square meters of the shop and bistrò you will find all the hand made products of pecorino, several cheeses, caciottas, naturally fermented mozzarella, burrata, raveggiolo, ricotta, yogurt and scamorza.

Il nostro laboratorio per la produzione di pane a lievitazione naturale, schiacciate, panini, crackers, pizze, grissini, pasticceria fresca (torte, cheesecake, strudel, crostate, pasticceria mignon, semifreddi) e secca di tradizone toscana e non (cantucci, tartarughe, brutti buoni, mandorlini, pastafrolla). Le produzioni stagionali (schiacciata con l'uva e di fichi, pan di ramerino) e specialità per ogni occasione (dolci di halloween, natalizi, di carnevale (cenci, frittelle).

Il nostro reparto pasticceria è a disposizione per la preparazione di dolci e torte per cerimonie e compleanni.

The Butcher’s Shop: Sale of Chianina IGP meat bred on the farm, Chianina meat preparations (meatballs with spinach, meatballs and meatloaf, salted meat) and our homemade sausages.

Charcuterie: PDO Prosciutto Toscano, homemade charcuterie of local origin and delivered by farming partners.

Stone-ground flour in the company’s mill: Type 1 flour, whole wheat flour, bran.

Golden Delicious, Fuji, Royal Gala and Braeburn apples, potatoes, seasonal vegetables from the farm. 100% natural apple juice produced with farm apples.

Local products belonging to the Tuscan tradition: Tuscan wines and handmade liqueurs, Il Forteto’s extra virgin olive oil produced in the farm or supplied by members, homemade beer, jams, confitures, honey, legumes, soups, cereals, flour, fresh and dry handmade pasta, sauces and tomato products.

Our bread and pastry laboratory where we produce sourdough bread, schiacciata, sandwiches, crackers, pizzas, breadsticks, fresh patisserie (cakes, cheesecakes, strudel, tarts, small pastry, semifreddo) and Tuscan as well as other dry pastries (cantucci, tartarughe, brutti buoni, mandorlini, shortbread). Moreover, you can find seasonal products (schiacciata with grape berries and figs, ramerino bread) and specialties for every occasion (Halloween, Christmas, Carnival - cenci, frittelle).

Our Bakery can make any kind of cakes, cakes for special occasions and birthday cakes.
