Soft spun-paste cheese from the marked taste of fresh milk. The natural fermentation, protracted throughout a whole night, exalt the milk’s taste and enforces the nervation of the paste. The firmer paste of Treccia is the result of a skilful handwork that arranges the fibres in a more united and homogeneous way.
