Pecorino Antico Mugello Grande
Cheese from pure sheep’s milk, aged about two months. The crust is red, treated with concentrate of tomato. The partially cooked paste has a slightly straw-colour. The taste, slightly piquant, is due to particular enzymes present in the milk and to the lenght of the maturing time.
Latte ovino pastorizzato, sale, caglio, fermenti lattici. Crosta non edibile trattata con olio di oliva e concentrato di pomodoro, con conservante Pimaricina (E235) e ricoperta da pellicola protettiva.
Miele agrumato.
